Internet
The Internet can be viewed in so many different ways it is hard to define accurately.
Here are some of the ways of describing and defining the Internet:
- The Internet is the interconnection of thousands of LANs and WANs
across the globe.
- The Internet is a collection of all the services and information
available on the worldwide network.
- The Internet is the community of users who interact over the worldwide network.
No matter which of these you think is really what the Internet is,
everyone can agree that the Internet is the most diverse collection
of people, information and technology on this planet.
